Hats off!<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sweet\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Following ingredients are the ones which need to be soaked in rum<\/p>\n<ul class=\"sublist\">\n<li>\u00bc  cup each of  cashews, black and gold raisins <\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup of chopped candied orange peels <\/li>\n<li>8 dry apricots<\/li>\n<li>8 to 9 dates<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup of tutti fruity<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoon of dried cherries<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of rum or fresh orange or apple juice <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Following ingredients are needed for the batter<\/p>\n<ul class=\"sublist\">\n<li>1.5 cups of all-purpose flour <\/li>\n<li>1 cup of whole wheat flour<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of oil or melted butter<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of soy milk or nut milk or dairy milk<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoon of apple cider or regular vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of baking soda<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon of baking powder <\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of vanilla extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Following ingredients are for the spice mix for the fruit cake<\/p>\n<ul class=\"sublist\">\n<li>2 inch cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>2 green cardamons<\/li>\n<li>2 packets of all spice<\/li>\n<li>\u215b teaspoon grated nutmeg <\/li>\n<li>2 cloves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"sweet\">Let\u2019s Get Started! <\/h2>\n<h2 id=\"sweet\">1. Soaking The Dry Fruits<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"sublist\">\n<li>Chop all the ingredients which needed to be soaked in rum. Take a bowl and pour rum in that bowl.
