1. How to place an order from the website?

Step 2: On the product page, either click "Add To Cart" to continue shopping for tokens or "Buy Now" to proceed to checkout. Select add-ons if desired.
Step 3: Review your selections by clicking the "Cart" tab in the top right corner of the web page. Next, click "Place Order."
Step 4: Log in with your email ID as prompted. On the checkout page, provide the delivery address, choose the delivery date/time, and add a special message. Click "Review."
Step 5: Verify your order and click "Proceed To Payment" to complete your purchase.

2. What are the different modes of payment available, and can payment be made through cash?

To make this process convenient for you, we accept payment through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Digital Wallets, UPI and Net Banking. However, we do not offer the cash on delivery option for ordering.

3. I am not able to complete the payment. What should I do?

Our Floral Notes service is provided only in Delhi NCR i.e. Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida

Certainly! You can easily place an order for international delivery from our website and send thoughtful gifts to your loved ones living in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UAE. Plus, we extend our services to other countries beyond these on specific occasions.

7. The place I want to deliver my order to is not there in the listed cities. Can I still try for order delivery?

If the city you want to send your order to is not on our list, we can still try to arrange the delivery in special circumstances. Nominal additional charges may apply in such cases. 8. Will I be charged extra shipping charges?

No, our standard gift delivery service to the listed cities comes at no extra charge.

However, if you choose special delivery options or your delivery location is outside our regular service areas, there will be nominal additional charges.

Yes, Flower Aura's services are operational even on Sundays and public holidays, with the exception of uncontrollable situations such as adverse weather conditions or civil disturbances like strikes.

Cancellations are accepted but only within 24 hours of order placement. To initiate a
cancellation, please contact us at wecare@floweraura.com from the same email address that was used for placing the order. Also, make sure to specify your order number in your email.
