I had ordered a customized birthday cake and flowers for my friend over flower aura. The delivery was just in time and the flowers were so fresh and also the cake was also good. They didn't need any follow-up. Very smooth and flawless service. Thank you, guys!

So I ordered a cake and chocolates for my partner in Delhi because it's his birthday. No choice. I'm in a different country. I didn't know that he is not at home that time but the team re-arranged the delivery without any hassle. I was informed in the email from time to time, which i really liked. And all were positive responses. No email saying, " i apologize... hope we still be able to give you smiles next time.". No! This service really stand on their purpose. To bring smiles.
