I wanted to send flowers and chocolates to my nephew on his exam results - and really needed service that could deliver within 2-3 hours. Floweraura took the responsibility and delivered on time.

1)Service is good.But they do not take Signature of the person.So there is chance that gift may be given to someone else.So signature confirmation is expected. 2)The phone on the website is outdated.It is pathetic that it does not work.So update the office phone immeidately on the website. 3)The online tracking does not work whether your gift is on the way or not.Directly it shows that order is confirmed then Order delivered.No phone service available.So no transparency. They need hugh upgrade in service.
