I have a problem with your time slot thing while placing an order. While placing an order, I selected 9-12 time slot thinking I will be delivered between this time but when I had a online chat, I am told some legal terms that 'it doesn't say confirmation of delivery between this time slot'. For the heaven's sake, do you expect someone to think that way? If you can not do a delivery within that time slot, you can mention therein whatever your process of delivery is. Atleast, someone will not occupy himself/herself thinking that order is going to arrive during that time. I was pissed off on the special occasion to see someone dictating the legal terms. Hire some professional guys with somewhat better customer interaction skills. The only reason I will be ordering again is that they like the cake and the flowers were fresh. Otherwise, a some element of maniac in me would even delete your website details from the browser's history. Thank you for reading this.
